  • A.A 30 percent probability of the described weather occurring
  • B.Winds will be 30 knots during the problem period
  • C.Visibility will be 30 statute miles with probability stated

Why

PROB followed by 30 or 40 gives the percentage chance that the associated weather will occur. It is used when the event is possible but not certain enough for a prevailing or TEMPO group.
